Lokesha
Lokesha is the Managing Trustee of Madilu, bringing over four decades of experience in working with communities, youth, and watershed development initiatives. With a deep understanding of grassroots engagement, he has been instrumental in guiding meaningful and sustainable efforts.
As a key pillar of Madilu, he provides direction, stability, and wisdom, supporting the organization’s vision of nurturing creativity and cultural learning. His lifelong commitment to community development continues to inspire and strengthen the journey of Madilu.
Ganesha
Ganesha is a commerce graduate and a professional in the private sector, bringing strong financial expertise and organizational insight. Alongside his professional work, he has a deep interest in art, music, and cultural expression, reflecting a balance of structure and creativity.
He believes in the importance of preserving and nurturing cultural roots as a foundation for future generations. As Treasurer of Madilu, he is committed to ensuring financial integrity while supporting the organization’s vision of meaningful cultural and creative engagement.
Abhishek
Abhishek GA is a commerce and business graduate with a strong foundation in financial principles and organizational management. With professional experience in the private sector, he brings a thoughtful and methodical approach to his role as a Trustee.
He holds a deep appreciation for art, music, and cultural traditions, and believes in nurturing cultural heritage as a foundation for societal growth. As a Trustee of Madilu, he contributes with integrity and a long-term vision, supporting initiatives that foster creativity, cultural continuity, and meaningful impact.
Chaithra
Chaithra is the Director at Madilu and has been instrumental in shaping its programs and initiatives. With a deep commitment to arts and cultural learning, she plays a key role in curating and organizing experiences that bring together creativity, expression, and community.
Her work focuses on creating meaningful spaces for children and artists to explore, perform, and connect. Through her vision and dedication, she continues to guide Madilu in nurturing a vibrant environment rooted in culture, learning, and creative expression.
Our Felicitators
At the heart of Madilu are its facilitators, who nurture each child with care, patience, and understanding. B L Vinay Kumar
Vinay is a multidisciplinary creative professional and entrepreneur. With a strong background in photography and visual storytelling. He has contributed to photography education through workshops and mentorship, including his association with Nikon School. Through his work, he continues to nurture creativity, build communities, and inspire the next generation of storytellers.
Bharath GV
Bharath GV is a seasoned theatre artist with over several years of experience, bringing a multifaceted approach to every production. A trained Carnatic percussionist, he has been part of over 200 performances, contributing as a musician, actor, lighting designer, and stage artist. His dedication to theatre has earned him multiple “Best Music” awards at the state-level Rangabhhoomi competitions.
Chandra Keerthi
Chandra Keerthi has been actively involved in theatre since 2001, with a focus on nurturing creativity through performance. He is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can explore their imagination and develop their skills. His work reflects a deep commitment to theatre as a space for expression, growth, and meaningful learning.
Puneeth
Puneet is the director of Sajjan Academy, where chess is nurtured as a tool for learning and growth. Since 2018, he has been building a community of learners, making chess engaging and accessible for students across age groups. Under his leadership, the academy has reached hundreds of students globally, supported by experienced coaches, fostering focus, resilience, and creative thinking.
Vivek
Vivek is a sound engineer with a deep passion for music and theatre. A graduate of the KM Conservatory with a diploma in Western piano, he brings a strong musical sensibility to his work. He has performed in productions such as Draupadi Helthavle, Kaamaroopigal, and Karimaayi, and has also designed sound for international collaborations including the German puppet production TILA.
